About this RV

We purchased the camper in February of 2024. The camper is in excellent condition only used a few times. When not in use it stays in a covered building with a dehumidifier running at all times. It has a 15K Coleman A/C with a Bluetooth thermostat and a soft start. We installed an rv airflow in a/c which increased airflow from vents by 50%. It will also come with a 4500 watt generator with a remote key fob and cover, that is attached to rear of camper in a basket. It also has a solar panel on the roof. Brand new tires 16” 14 ply tires just bought in March 2026. Adjustable coupler hitch fits just about any height pickup. It also has a torklift glowstep revolution scissor steps for easier access. We do have the original steps that will go with the camper. It has stabilizer jacks with dual motors. We have many extras going along with the camper such as: Watch Dog Bluetooth surge protector. Equalizer weight distribution bars & hitch used once. Sewer hoses & fittings. Awning Matt. 2 water hoses. Extra a/c black shroud. Bedroom door window was replaced with a Lipert thin shade, original window will also go with camper. Andersen trailer jack block 8”. Tire pressure monitor system & back up camera.
