Up for sale is a classic 1979 28-foot Airstream Ambassador. This camper features a highly desirable layout and had a major interior update approximately 10 years ago. Because I recently acquired this back from a previous partnership, I have not personally used it recently. Therefore, it is being sold AS-IS. Located in city of Atlanta kirkwood Buyers are highly encouraged to come inspect it or hire a mobile RV tech to perform a pre-purchase inspection! THE DETAILS: - Model: 1979 Airstream Ambassador (28 Feet) -Title: In hand - Interior: Updated ~10 years ago (modern aesthetic, updated cushions/cabinetry). - Exterior: Classic aluminum shell in good vintage condition. No major body damage. WHAT IT NEEDS / DISCLAIMER: Because I have not personally tested the systems, I cannot guarantee the exact working order of the plumbing, holding tanks, or 12v/110v electrical systems. I have tested some of the electrical and know the AC still works, I have wiped down all the surfaces. There is some evidence of a leak near the door but it was resealed last year and touched up this year, and I didn’t find evidence of any leaks with the recent rain. One of the park/ balancing clamps will not stay up, you can see the strap in the photo. The stick on tile is coming down and needs to be replaced. Includes hitch and away bars. Priced accordingly to give the next owner room to inspect, tweak, and make it their own!
