30 feet 4500 lbs. Excellent Condition. No leaks, recently resealed and cocked as a preventative. AC, ceiling fan & appliances all work perfectly. TV and stereo. Speakers in each room. Loveseat and sofa bed. Queen size walk around bed. Awning in perfect condition. One slide. 2 propane tanks. Lots of storage inside and out. Always covered in winter and professionally winterized, summerized and checked over each year. Very well maintained. Purchased and parked in 2022 and it has had light and only occasional use on weekends and holidays.
