The MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan roof vent fan contains a circuit board prone to overheating, presenting a direct fire hazard. Dealers will inspect the fan's circuit board and install a replacement board at no cost.

Grand Design

  • 2026 Imagine Travel Trailers (NHTSA 26V490000): Screws securing the 120V electrical outlets were improperly driven and can contact internal electrical wiring, creating an arcing or fire hazard. Jayco & Entegra Coach

  • 2026 Heartland Cyclone & Seismic Fifth Wheels (NHTSA 26V427000 / 26V426000): The power inverter may lack a dedicated ground wire connection, posing an electrical shock, overheating, and fire hazard. Dealers will install the required grounding wire.
  • 2027 Entegra Accolade & Jayco Seneca (NHTSA 26V416000): Missing front dinette retention brackets could allow the dinette base to shift or detach while the vehicle is in motion. Dealers will add the missing bracket hardware.
  • 2025–2026 Entegra Luxury Motorhomes on Spartan Chassis (NHTSA 26V484000): Affects Reatta, Reatta XL, Cornerstone, Aspire, and Anthem models. A faulty brake pressure switch can cause exterior brake lights to stay continuously illuminated, confusing following motorists. Dealers will replace the switch.
  • 2026 Entegra Anthem (NHTSA 26V483000): The federal certification placard displays an incorrect tire size, which could result in owners mounting incorrectly sized replacement tires. Corrected labels are being mailed to registered owners.

  • 2026–2027 Wildwood & Salem Travel Trailers (NHTSA 26V439000): Incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) figures printed on the federal certification label. Dealers will apply corrected weight overlays.
  • 2027 Sabre, No Boundaries, Ibex, Surveyor, & Unmapped (NHTSA 26V476000): Incorrect fresh water tank capacity figures printed on the cargo placard, increasing the risk of unintentional vehicle overloading. Dealerships will supply updated labels.

Foretravel Motorcoach

  • 2025–2027 Realm Presidential (NHTSA 26V486000): Similar to the Spartan chassis issue, a defective brake light pressure switch can cause the stop lamps to illuminate continuously without brake pedal engagement. Ember RV
